To meet Futaba's requirements, Strata provided a solution that includes sensors verifying processes and reducing the potential for damages. The sensors detect accuracy, speed, orientation, and position, including part ejection and hole placement. Dealing with environmental conditions like the presence of oils, coolants, and other lubricants in typical stamping applications was one of the challenges addressed by Strata.
